Is Wolfowitz aware of the World (Bank) around him?

There was a story in the press last week how the workers at the World Bank started to wear blue ribbons in protest at the decision of Wolfowitz not to resign. Ribbons were also placed on doors, windows etc.

Anyway, later on Wolfowitz starts to wear a ribbon himself.

I suppose it just proves how out-of-touch he is, and how he has surrounded himself with other neo cons to make this sort of faux pas!
